Yorkshire gold is the pinnacle of English tea.
Rich, full-bodied, savory, aromatic, and relaxing. The perfect balance of flavors to suit even the most discerning tastes.
Add a few teaspoons of sugar (I've found 2 to work perfectly), brew about 2-3 minutes, add a splash of skim milk and you have a proper cup of English tea.

I read an interesting fiction who-dun-it book and all they talked about was tea! I'm thinking, "What the heck, I never knew that there was so much to tea. Thus, I began my quest to learn about and discover different teas & even researching the history of tea. There's lots to learn :)
My search began with black teas on AMAZON.com. My first purchase was four different teas by Taylor & Harrogate est 1886, I believe. I got the Yorshire Gold, Assam, Scottish Breakfast tea and Lapsang Souchong.
My favorite is the Yorkshire Gold. To me it's a perfect "cuppa"!

I first bought this tea from a local farm which sold UK goods on the side. When they stopped selling the UK goods, I almost panicked, but Amazon came to my rescue! I am now able to enjoy this mellow dark tea at any time for years to come. It tastes great with breakfast, but I like to drink it late at night, extra sweet.
